Can I order just one?
Yes. One custom ribbon is $8.50 plus postage. No minimum order. No setup charge.
Can every ribbon say something different?
Absolutely. Add each different design to your basket separately. The first ribbon of each design is $8.50. Every identical extra in the same order is $3.50. Identical means the same wording and colour.
When will mine arrive?
We dispatch on Tuesdays after the Sunday cutoff. That is the posting day, not a delivery promise. Postage choices and any delivery estimates appear before payment.
What can I print?
Up to 70 characters, with short words and lines that fit the preview. English letters, numbers and simple punctuation. The design uses one print style. No emojis, photos or uploaded logos.
Can you send it as a gift?
Yes. Use the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. You can include a short gift message. Prices stay off the gift note.
