Shipping & returns.
One weekly ribbon day.
Orders paid by Sunday 11:59 pm, Brisbane time, are scheduled to print and dispatch on Tuesday. Orders paid after the cutoff move to the following week. Dispatch is not a delivery-date guarantee. If we cannot meet the schedule, we will contact you with the options.
Australia, to start.
We currently plan to deliver within Australia only. Postage rates are still being confirmed; checkout is closed until they are set. The full charge appears before payment. A gift can go directly to its recipient. A gift note is optional.
Check your words.
Your ribbon is made with the wording and colour you approve. We use capital letters and automatically fit the lettering to the print area. On-screen colour and gold effects are a guide. The finished ribbon is 20 cm × 4.8 cm, with woven long edges and small zigzag-cut short ends.
Changes & cancellations.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order. If production has not started, we will try to help. Once your personalised ribbon is made, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.
If something is wrong.
If we made a printing mistake, sent the wrong product, or your ribbon arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order reference and a photo if possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including applicable repair, replacement or refund rights.
